Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the services of Invisible Eye Detective Agency (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing our website or availing our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.

1. Scope of Services

Invisible Eye Detective Agency provides professional investigative services for individuals, corporates, and institutions. All services are conducted strictly for lawful purposes and within the boundaries of applicable laws in India.

2. Eligibility to Avail Services

• Clients must be 18 years or older and legally competent to enter into an agreement.
• Clients must provide accurate and truthful information related to the investigation.
• We reserve the right to decline any case that appears unlawful, unethical, or beyond our operational scope.

3. Confidentiality & Privacy

• All information shared by clients will be kept strictly confidential and used solely for the purpose of the investigation.
• While we take all reasonable measures to protect client data, we are not liable for breaches caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., hacking, third-party breaches).

4. Legal Compliance

• All investigations are conducted within the framework of Indian law.
• Clients agree not to request any illegal services, including but not limited to phone tapping, hacking, or surveillance without proper legal grounds.
• The client assumes full responsibility for ensuring that their request does not violate any local, state, or national laws.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information for the investigation.
• Refrain from misusing the information or reports provided by us.
• Understand that our role is to collect and report factual findings; the decision-making based on those findings rests solely with the client.

6. Fees & Payments

• Service charges are communicated in advance and must be paid as agreed.
• Payments are non-refundable, except in cases where services were not initiated due to agency limitations.
• Any additional costs incurred during the investigation (e.g., travel, legal fees, external resources) will be informed and billed to the client.

7. No Guarantee Clause

• We strive for accuracy and reliability in our investigations, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results.
• The nature of investigative work involves uncertainties, and findings are based on available information and lawful methods.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Invisible Eye Detective Agency, its employees, and associates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• We are not responsible for decisions made by clients based on our reports or for any resulting losses, disputes, or legal actions.
• We do not accept liability for situations where the information provided by the client was false, incomplete, or misleading.

9. Prohibited Activities

Clients must not use our reports or findings for unlawful purposes, including blackmail, harassment, or defamation. Any misuse will lead to immediate termination of services and possible legal action.

10. Intellectual Property

All reports, documentation, and materials provided to the client are for personal use only and cannot be reproduced, distributed, or shared without our prior written consent.

11. Third-Party Services

In certain cases, we may engage trusted third parties to assist in investigations. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of such third parties.

12. Indemnification

The client agrees to indemnify and hold Invisible Eye Detective Agency harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or legal expenses arising from misuse of the information provided or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at any time if:

• The client provides false information.
• The requested service is unlawful or unethical.
• There is a breach of these Terms.

14. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
